Meet Renae, Sub Box Creative

Hi, I'm Renae. Creative Strategist. Marketing Coach. Sounding board. Think as me as your partner-in-crime and biz bestie in this Subscription Box Journey. I'm here to help you think outside the {subscription} box. 

I've been in the subscription industry working behind-the-scenes building boxes for over five years. I absolutely love the motivation behind the creation of a subscription box. You have an idea that will either solve a problem or bring people together. You deliver happy mail to people's door steps. You bring people together in a community of people with the same problem or interest. It's truly the best industry. 

If you haven't figured it out by now, besides working in the industry I am also a huge consumer. My friends joke that if there is a subscription I have it. My husband knows it's not a joke. The reoccurring shipments that arrive to our house may be embarrassing for some, but I just call it market research (joking... but seriously). 

My love for the industry (and all things reoccurring deliveries) is the inspiration behind this blog. All things Customer Service and Marketing are my jam. I pride myself in helping box owners create an experience for their subscribers that will leave them so impressed that they'll want to shout it from the rooftops. And I get to see from a customer standpoint what works (and sometimes what doesn't) for those brands you might want an inside look into.

My hope is to give you quick, actionable articles to read and help you move your business forward. Sometimes it might just be a small step or sparking an idea. But small steps can lead to big change (totally someone else's quote it felt right here and I can't find who originally said it to give credit).
